How many Appalachian jobs will the EPA destroy?

The list of arbitrary actions against Appalachian coal mining by the EPA continues to grow with the revocation of the Spruce No. 1 mine permit and the subjective guidelines released this April. The mining guidelines rely on a wrong-headed and subjective test that only applies to six states – Appalachian states.
